The project effectiveness date was October 19, 2021. The PIU has engaged with various project stakeholders to accelerate implementation and disbursement. In Component 1. The PIU finalized and published terms of references for key diagnostics for the National Treasury, the CMSS and IPS [pension plans]. The TOR for the fintech study is also ready for publication. In component 2, following the signature of the subsidiary agreement between the Private Sector Guarantee Fund and the PIU, meetings have been held on the eligibility criteria to be set for access to the Partial portfolio guarantee fund (PPCG). In component 3.
