II. SUMMARY OF PROJECT STATUS AND PROPOSED CHANGES

 The Recipient remains committed to the Project implementation. 54.4 percent of Phase I of the construction of the
 Redemption Hospital has been completed. However, the existing civil works contract needs to terminate due to issues
 with completing activities within agreed timeline. The Project has started a call for proposals to recruit a new
 construction firm to complete the Phase I activities within the extended period of the Project. Therefore, it requires an
 additional 21 months to complete the planned activities.
 There is no outstanding audits for the Project.
