                  Re: ETHIOPIA: Strengthen Ethiopia’s Adaptive Safety Net Project
                                     TF Grant No. TF0B8187
                      Corrigendum to Grant Agreement to Correct Closing Date


       We refer to the Grant Agreement (the “Grant Agreement”), between the Federal Democratic
Republic of Ethiopia (“Recipient”) and the International Development Association (the “Bank”), acting
as administrator of the Multi-Donor Trust Fund to Strengthen Ethiopia's Adaptive Safety Net (“MDTF”)
dated April 14, 2022, concerning the Strengthen Ethiopia’s Adaptive Safety Net Project.

        It has come to our attention that due to an oversight; the Grant Agreement does not contain the
correct Closing Date due to a typographic error. We are therefore writing to rectify this error. To that
end, Section III.B.2 of Schedule 2 to the Agreement is hereby replaced with the following:

        “2. The Closing Date is June 30, 2025.”

       All other provisions of the Grant Agreement remain in full force and effect, except as herein
revised through this corrigendum, shall remain in full force and effect.
