Amendment to Amendment No. 3 to the Supplemental Agreement between the Ministry of Economy
     and Finance of the Republic of Korea and the International Bank for Reconstruction and
  Development and the International Development Association regarding the Korea Green Growth
                                    Single-Donor Trust Fund
              (Trust Fund No. 072537 parallel to original Trust Fund No. 071951)

1.      Reference is made to Amendment 3 to the Supplemental Agreement between the Ministry of
Economy and Finance of the Republic of Korea (the “Donor”) and the International Bank for
Reconstruction and Development and the International Development Association (collectively, the “Bank”
and together with the Donor, the “Parties” and each a “Party”) regarding the Korea Green Growth Single -
Donor Trust Fund (Trust Fund No. 072537) effective as of June 8, 2020 (the “Amendment No. 3”).

2.     The Parties agree to amend Amendment No. 3 as follows:

       (a)      Paragraph 3 shall be deleted and replaced with the following:

               “3.     The Bank acknowledges that the Donor agrees to provide the sum of forty-eight
                       million four hundred forty thousand United States Dollars (USD 48,440,000)
                       (“Contribution”) for the Trust Fund in accordance with the terms of the
                       Supplemental Agreement.”

       (b)     Paragraph 4 shall be deleted and replaced with the following:

               “4.     The Donor shall deposit the Contribution in accordance with the following
                       schedule and in the currency specified in paragraph 3 above into such bank account
                       designated by the Bank upon submission of a payment request by the Bank:

                       (A)     By August 31, 2020, fourteen million United States Dollars (USD
                               14,000,000);

                       (B)     By July 31, 2021, twelve million United States Dollars (USD 12,000,000);

                       (C)     By July 31, 2022, ten million, four hundred forty thousand United States
                               Dollars (USD 10,440,000); and

                       (D)     By July 31, 2023, twelve million United States Dollars (USD
                               12,000,000).”

3.     All other terms of the Amendment No. 3 shall remain the same.

4.     Each of the Parties represents, by confirming its agreement below, that it is authorized to enter into
this Amendment and act in accordance with these terms and conditions. The Parties are requested to sign
and date this Amendment, and upon possession by the Bank of this fully signed Amendment, this
Amendment shall become effective as of the date of the last signature.
