During 2022, improvements in communications and monitoring were put in place to improve PCL's trainings and avoid withdrawals. The end target of share of female PCLs with improved capacities is 80%. Among the 14 female PCLs that Comments: completed their training, 11 improved their skills (79%). This indicator is evaluated every semester and enhanced capacity is measured for the specific semester. Thus, indicator values do not necessarily increase from one reporting period to the next. The number of PCLs with improved capacities and the total number of participating PCLs may vary over time, as well as the ratio between them. The remaining 97 women are not members of the beneficiary organizations, but increased their monetary benefits through employment and non-monetary benefits via training. While most female beneficiaries receive more than one type of benefit, the reported indicator ensures no duplication.
