Since then, procurement of consultancy services has moved fast and all consultants required for the initiating stage of implementation are onboard. The project also already undertook the procurement of no-regret investments for four waste sorting and treatment facilities (TPSTs). After the first batch of TPSTs, the project made an addendum to the National Project Management Consultant (NPMC) contract, including the study into the regional metro Bandung solid waste management masterplan. An action and commitment plan for solid waste management improvements based on commitment by cities and districts supported by the project and a basis for infrastructure investments under the Project is currently under development for the Citarum wastershed area. 12/23/2021 Page 1 of 6 The World Bank Implementation Status & Results Report Improvement of Solid Waste Management to Support Regional and Metropolitan Cities (P157245) Risks Systematic Operations Risk-rating Tool Risk Category Rating at Approval Previous Rating Current Rating Political and Governance Moderate Moderate Moderate Macroeconomic Moderate Moderate Moderate Sector Strategies and Policies Moderate Moderate Moderate Technical Design of Project or Program Moderate Moderate Moderate Institutional Capacity for Implementation and High Moderate Moderate Sustainability Fiduciary Substantial Moderate Moderate Environment and Social Substantial Substantial Substantial Stakeholders Substantial Moderate Moderate Other -- Low Low Overall Substantial Moderate Moderate Results PDO Indicators by Objectives / Outcomes Improve solid waste management services for urban populations in selected cities across Indonesia IN01073491 ►1.
