Qishloq (village) development plans (QDPs) have been completed in 60 villages (from a target of 306 villages), and community mobilization, planning and decision- making activities are ongoing in a further 117 villages in Namangan, Andijan and Ferghana regions. 92 subprojects identified in QDPs are at various stages of design and implementation, including nine that are currently under implementation.
