First Amendment to the Disbursement and Financial Information Letter (DFIL) dated
February 12, 2018.
Additional Instructions: Disbursement
His Excellency;
I refer to the Grant Agreement (the "Agreement") between the International Development
Association (the "Bank") acting as administrator of grand funds provided under the Japan Social
Development Fund (JSDF), for the above-referenced project of even date herewith. The grant
provides that the Bank may issue additional instructions regarding the withdrawal of the proceeds
of the Grant TF0A5775 ("Financing"). I also refer to the Disbursement and Financial Information
Letter dated February 12, 2018, which, constituted the additional instructions.
This Disbursement and Financial Information Letter shall be amended as set forth in this letter
(the "First Amendment") to change the name of the financial institution - Name.
The instructions of the Disbursement Arrangements set forth in Schedule I of the Disbursement
and Financial Information Letter dated February 12, 2018 shall be modified as follows:

All other instructions and attachments of the original Disbursement and Financial
Information Letter which are not expressly modified in accordance with this letter, shall remain in
force and effect.
