In this paper, the author poses a dissenting view regarding the world food problem. He maintains that world hunger is exacerbated by illusions and misconceptions on the part of those who could correct it; namely the rich world nations. He discusses four myths, which he considers to be the most serious in contributing to this problem including the perception that hunger is widespread and growing, that resources of all kinds are becoming more scarce...
