Contribution for CY 2013(IBRD Ref: TFM50169)
Dear Mrs. Reinikka,
I refer to the Amended and Restated APOC Phase II and Phasing Out Period
Memorandum of Understanding (the "Memorandum")ldated December 05, 2007 between The
Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development
(the "Bank").
In accordance with Article I, Section 1.03 of the Memorandum, I am pleased to inform
you that The Grand Duchy of Luxembourg will make a contribution to the APOC Phase II trust
fund for calendar year 2013 in the amount of Euro (E 150,000) One Hundred and Fifty
Thousand Euros (the "Contribution").
The Contribution shall be administered in accordance with and subject to the terms and
conditions of the Memorandum.
Please confirm your acceptance of the Contribution by signing and returning a copy of
this notice.
