Supplemental   Contribution  to  the  Restated  and  Amended
Administration Agreement between the Kingdom of Sweden acting
through the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency
and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development and
the International Development Association concerning the Donor
Funded Staffing Program (TFO 70872)
Dear Mr. R6nquist:
1.    We refer to the Restated and Amended Administration Agreement between the
Kingdom of Sweden acting through the Swedish International Development Cooperation
Agency (SIDA) (the "Donor") and the International Bank for Reconstruction and
Development ("IBRD") and the International Development Association ("IDA")
(collectively, the "Bank"), concerning the Donor Funded Staffing Program (TF070872)
(the "Trust Fund") effective as of December 4, 2011, as amended (the "Agreement").
2.    We are pleased to acknowledge, on behalf of the Bank, the intention of the Donor
to make a supplemental contribution to the Trust Fund in the amount of six hundred
thousand seven hundred and two United States Dollars (US$600,702) (the "Supplemental
Contribution"). This Supplemental Contribution will be allocated to the Mid-Career Level
Window.
3.    The Donor shall deposit the Supplemental Contribution into such bank account
designated by the Bank promptly following countersignature of this Amendment by the
Donor and submission of a payment request by the Bank.
4.    When making such deposit, the Donor shall instruct its bank to include in its
payment details information (remittance advice) field of its SWIFT payment message,
information indicating: the amount paid, that the payment is made by the Donor for
TF070872 (the "Donor Funded Staffing Program") and the date of the deposit (the "Deposit
Instruction"). In addition, the Donor shall provide a copy of the Donor's Deposit
Instruction to the Bank's Accounting Trust Funds Division by e-mail sent to
tfremitadvicc@,)worldbank.org or by fax sent to (202) 614-1315.

5.    All other terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain the same.
6.    The Bank will disclose this Amendment and related information on this Trust Fund
in accordance with the Bank's Policy on Access to Information. By entering into this
Amendment, the Donor consents to disclosure of this Amendment and related information
on this Trust Fund.
7.    Please confirm your agreement with the foregoing, on behalf of the Donor, by
signing and dating two originals, retaining one original for your records and returning the
other original to the Bank. Upon receipt by the Bank of the original countersigned by you,
this Amendment will become effective as of the date of the countersignature.
