Amendment No.5 to the Administration Arrangement between the Government of Australia acting
through the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade and the International Bank for Reconstruction
and Development and the International Development Association regarding the
Pakistan Partnership for Improved Nutrition Multi-Donor Trust Fund

1.     Reference is made to the Administration Agreement (hereafter referred to as "Administration
Arrangement") between the Government of Australia acting through the Department of Foreign Affairs
and Trade ("DFAT" or "Donor") and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the
International Development Association (collectively, the "Bank") regarding the Pakistan Partnership for
Improved Nutrition Multi-Donor Trust Fund (the "Trust Fund"), effective as of June 12, 201 3, as amended.
2.     Pursuant to DFAT letter dated January 15, 2019, for the cancellation of outstanding amount of
fifteen million Australian dollars (AUDI 5,000,000), the Donor and the Bank decided to amend paragraph
I of the Administration Arrangement to read as follows:
"1.    We are pleased to acknowledge on behalf of the International Bank for Reconstruction and
Development ("IBRD") and the International Development Association (IDA") (collectively, the
"Bank") that the government of Australia, acting through the Department of Foreign Affairs and
Trade (DFAT" or the "Donor") will make available as a grant the sum of twenty four million
Australian dollars (AUD24,000.000) (the "Contribution"), for the Pakistan Partnership for
Improved Nutrition Multi-Donor Trust Fund (the "Trust Fund") in accordance with the terms of
this Arrangement. Other donors are also expected to contribute to the Trust Fund on the terms and
conditions specified in the Annexes to this Arrangement."
3.     All other terms of the Administration Arrangement will remain the same.
4.     Each of the Participants represents, by confirming its acceptance below, that it is authorized to enter
into this Amendment and act in accordance with its provisions. The Participants are requested to sign and
date this Amendment, and upon possession by the Bank of this filly signed Amendment, this Amendment
will become effective as of the date of the last signature.
