As of December 2018, the project implementation status is as follows:  Component 1: Integrated Corridor Improvement. Four main corridors, the public shared bike system, and the improvement of street lighting on 5.47km roads are completed and put in use.  Component 2: Intelligent Transport System. The intelligent public transit system and the Southern bus depot are completed. Fifty 12m electric buses have been supplied and put in use since December 2017. Two bus depots are completed and will be put in use in March 2019.  Component 4: Capacity Building. The project management consulting service was selected in 2013, and the project management team is actively involved in daily project management work and project monitoring / reporting. . The parking management study has been completed. The contract for the project management software has been awarded. Four studies, namely the nonmotorized traffic study, the urban traffic management plan, the public transport operation and maintenance plan, and the impact of dockless shared bikes on the public bike system are ongoing. It is expected that the studies will be completed by the end of December, 2018.
