2.      The Committee discussed the document entitled IFC’s Quarterly Report to the Board – FY12,
Quarter 3 (January 1-March 31, 2012) (IFC/SecM2012-0032). The highlights and conclusions of the
discussion were circulated to the Board (BC/GS2012-0008).

Date of Next Meeting

3.       The Committee was scheduled to meet on May 23, 2012 in the morning jointly with CODE,
and in the afternoon jointly with the Human Resources Committee.
