Instrument of Partial Cancellation
                          State- and Peace-Building Multi-Donor Trust Fund
                  (Trust Fund No. 072722 parallel to original Trust Fund No. 071021)

1.      Reference is made to the Supplemental Agreement between the Government of Denmark,
represented by the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs (the “Donor”) and the International Bank for
Reconstruction and Development and the International Development Association (collectively, the “Bank”
and together with the Donor, the “Parties”) concerning the State- and Peace-Building Multi-Donor Trust
Fund (Trust Fund No. 072722) (the “Trust Fund”) effective as of December 12, 2017, as amended (the
“Supplemental Agreement”).

2.       Reference is also made to the Donor’s communication dated January 11, 2022, informing the Bank
of its desire to transfer a portion of its pro rata share of the uncommitted balance of the Trust Fund to the
State and Peacebuilding Fund 2.0 Umbrella Anchor Multi-Donor Trust Fund (Trust Fund No. 073720).

3.      In accordance with paragraph 8.2 of Annex 1 to the Administration Agreement between the Donor
and the Bank concerning original Trust Fund No. 071021, the Parties agree to cancel a portion of the
Donor’s pro rata share of the uncommitted balance of the Trust Fund in the amount ten million United
States dollars (USD 10,000,000) upon the effectiveness of this instrument (the “Instrument”). The Parties
further agree that the Bank shall transfer the cancelled funds to the State and Peacebuilding Fund 2.0
Umbrella Anchor Multi-Donor Trust Fund (Trust Fund No. 073720) upon the effectiveness of the
administration agreement between the Donor and the Bank concerning such trust fund.

4.       Each of the Parties represents, by confirming its agreement below, that it is authorized to enter into
this Instrument and act in accordance with these terms and conditions. The Parties are each requested to
sign and date this Instrument, and upon possession by the Bank of this fully signed Partial Cancellation,
this Instrument shall become effective as of the date of the last signature.
