We also refer to the letter received from the Economic Relations Division (ERD) dated December 26, 2017 requesting certain amendments to the Financing Agreement. After due consideration, the Association proposes to amend the Project Agreement to reflect certain clarifications on the procurement practices undertaken for the Project, namely, that Section 1.D.2(ii)(B) of the Schedule to the Project Agreement shall be amended to read as follows: "(B) procure the goods, works and services to be financed out of the Sub-grant in accordance with the provisions of Section III of the Schedule to this Agreement, provided however that the goods, works and services to be financed out of the Sub-loan shall be exempted from provisions of Section III of the Schedule to this Agreement. It is further clarified that the provisions of Section III of the Schedule to the Project Agreement shall be deemed to not be applicable to the goods, works and services financed out of the sub-loans that were procured till date under the previous Procurement Guidelines." We also propose to amend the Results Framework for the Project to read as set forth in Attachment to this letter. Except as specifically amended by this letter of amendment, all other provisions of the above mentioned legal agreements shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect. The Association will disclose this letter of amendment and related information in accordance with the World Bank's Policy on Access to Information. The Recipient hereby consents to such disclosure.
