The Ministry of Industry and Trade wishes to inform the business community and general public 
that a revised procurement plan for the period January to December, 2008 has been prepared 
under Business Environment Strengthening Technical Assistance Project (BESTAP), which is 
financed by a grant from the World Bank and the European Union. The business community and 
general public is encouraged to supply goods and services whenever specific notices calling for 
the goods and services are published in the local press.  Further details of the project can be
