Amendment No. 2 to lte Administration Agreement between Sweden, acting through the
Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (SIDA) and the International Bank for
Reconstruction and Development and the International Development Association concerning
the Sudan Transition and Recovery Support (STARS) Multi-Donor Trust Fund
(TFO73498)
1I Reference is made to the Administration Agreement between Sweden, acting through the Swedish
International Development Cooperation Agency (SIDA) (the "Donor") and the International Bank for
Reconstruction and Development and the International Development Association (collectively, the "Bank",
and together with the Donor, the "Parties", and each a "Party") regarding the Sudan Transition and
Recovery Support (STARS) Multi-Donor Trust Fund (TF073498) (the "Trust Fund") effective as of
September 26, 2020 (the "Administration Agreement").
2.     The Bank acknowledges that the Donor agrees, subject to legislative appropriations, to provide the
sum of twenty-five million three hundred ninety-eight thousand and one Swedish Kronor and twenty one
cents (SEK 25,398,001,21) and any investment income or loss earned on this amount until the date of
transfer referred to in paragraph 3 below (the "Contribution) to the Trust Fund in accordance with the terms
of the Administration Agreement,
3.     The Donor hereby authorizes the Bank promptly following countersignature of this Administration
Agreement to transfer the Contribution in full amount and currency specified in paragraph 2 above from
the Donor Balance Account No. TF029005 to this TF073498.
4,     All other terms of the Administration Agreement shall remain the same.
5.     Each of the Parties represents, by confinning its agreement below, that it is authorized to enter into
this Amendment and act in accordance with these terms and conditions. The Parties are requested to sign
and date this Amendment, and upon possession by the Bank of this fully signed Amendment, this
Amendment shall become effective as of the date of the last signature.
