Project Implementation Progress (IP) and Progress towards achievement of the PDO continue to be rated Moderately Satisfactory (MS). Procurement and FM performance are maintained as Satisfactory. Under Component 1: Cash Transfer Program Support, the allocated amount of US$9 million has been fully disbursed. Under Component 2: Social Registry (SR) and Component 3 Case Management System (CMS): both components have achieved steady but slow progress. The development of the Case Management Information System and the Social Registry System are work in progress. The functionality of the modules that will integrate the broader information systems is key to the achievement of other project activities. Component 4: Program management and monitoring continues to perform well with a fully operational Project Management Unit.
