Subject: -  Audit report for the year 2015-16 of RMSA, UT Chandigarh.
Audit report (in original) and CD containing soft copy in respect of financial
year 2015-16 is annexed herewith duly approved by Education Secretary-curn-Chairman,
Executive Committee, RMSA Chandigarh for your persual.
It is further submitted that this office has already requested to Govt. of India
for the release of 01 " Installment in order to implement the approved activities by the PAB
vide this office letter no. SPD/RMSA/AB/2016/457 dated 29.06.2016 (copy enclosed). Seven
months of the current financial year has been passed and the U.T. Chandigarh yet to received
the 0 la" installment of Govt. of India. It will be difficult to implement the approved activities
within the financial year, if, the decision to release the 01' installment is not taken at an early
date.
In view of above facts, it is again requested to release the 01 " installment of
grant-in-aid since the U.T. Chandigarli is being 100% tiuded by the Govt. of India, New
Delhi.
