Two workshops were sponsored by the Demonstration Projects in October-November 1998 to identify lessons learned from projects involving agroforestry systems and recuperation of degraded lands. Both workshops featured field visits to local projects, which provided a unique opportunity for participants to examine practical issues firsthand.
