Project handling of fiduciary responsibilities and safeguards remains satisfactory. To date, nearly all procurement activities have been completed and 99% of the funds are committed with signed contracts. Public Disclosure Copy The Project Financial Management Unit (PFMU) has maintained satisfactory financial management arrangements for the EMUS project. The IFRs continue to be submitted on time and rated satisfactorily and the annual audit report was also submitted on time and deemed satisfactory. Disbursement rate is standing at 83% for EMUS and EMUS AF combined. The Government of Liberia (GoL) has consistently met its financial contribution and has expressed its commitment to continue to do so.
