Oral Briefing on Joint World Bank/IMF Africa Country Pilots

2.       Ms. Ezekwesili, Vice President, Africa Region, briefed the Executive Directors on the Joint
World Bank/IMF Country Pilots.

Inspection Panel - Albania - Integrated Coastal Zone Management and Clean-up Project - Report
and Recommendation on Requests for Inspection and Management Response to the Requests for
Inspection

3.       The Executive Directors recorded their approval on November 1, 2007 of the recommendation
contained in Section F (paragraphs 72 and 74) of the Report and Recommendation of the Inspection Panel
entitled "Requests for Inspection - Albania - Integrated Coastal Zone Management and Clean-up Project
(IDA Credit No. 4083-ALB)" (INSP/R2007-0005/1, dated October 23, 2007), namely, that
(i) the Inspection Panel would undertake an investigation into the matters alleged in the First Request;
and (ii) an investigation into the matters alleged in the Second Request would not be conducted at this
time, since an ongoing Panel investigation in relation to a previous request by the same Requestors will
cover the main concerns.

Date of Next Meeting

4.       It was agreed to hold a meeting of the Executive Directors of the Bank and IDA on Tuesday,
November 13, 2007.
