Grant Number H653-GW and GEF Grant Number TF099597-GW
We refer to the Grant Agreement and the Global Environment Facility Grant Agreement
(the "Agreement") for the West Africa Regional Fisheries Program (WARFP) - Guinea-Bissau
Project under the First Phase of the WARFP (the "Project") between the Republic of Guinea
Bissau (the "Recipient") and respectively the International Development Association and the
International Bank for Reconstruction and Development acting as an Implementing Agency of the
Global Environment Facility, (collectively the "World Bank"), dated May 2, 2011.
We also refer to the Project Agreement related to the same Project between the World
Bank and the Commission Sous-Rigionale des POches (the "CSRP" or "Project Implementing
Entity"), also dated May 2, 2011.
We hereby notify you that due to an administrative oversight, all references in the Project
Agreement to Part 2.3 of the Project should read Part 2.4 of the Project.
All terms of the Project Agreement not hereby modified shall remain in full force and
effect.


Please confirm receipt of this notification by having an authorized official of the
Recipient and of the Project Implementing Entity sign and date the three enclosed copies of this
notification letter and returning one to the World Bank.
