The Executive Directors approved the supplemental financing credit to Niger for a Second Growth Policy Reform Credit Operation in the amount of SDR 9.8 million (US$15 million equivalent) on   the payment terms and other terms and conditions set out in the President’s Memorandum (IDA/R2012-0022, dated January 31, 2012).   China - GEF Trust Fund Grant - Huai River Basin Marine Pollution Reduction Project   3. The Executive Directors approved the grant to China from the Global Environment Facility Trust   Fund for a Huai River Basin Marine Pollution Reduction Project in the amount of US$5 million on the terms and conditions set out in the President’s Memorandum (GEF/R2012-0003, dated February 7, 2012).   Brazil Fundo Brasileiro Para a Biodiversidade (FUNBIO) - GEF Trust Fund Grant - Amazon   Region Protected Areas Project Phase 2 (ARPA 2)   4. The Executive Directors approved the grant to the Fundo Brasileiro para a Biodiversidade (FUNBIO) of Brazil from the Global Environment Facility Trust Fund for an Amazon Region Protected   Areas Project Phase 2 (ARPA 2) in the amount of US$15.89 million on the terms and conditions set out in the President’s Memorandum (GEF/R2012-0002, dated February 7, 2012).   Date of Next Meeting   5. It was agreed to hold a meeting of the Executive Directors of the Bank and IDA on Tuesday,   February 28, 2012.   Adjournment   6.
