  Tanzania - Second Central Corridor Transport Project - Additional Financing and Proposal to
 Restructure

 2.      The Executive Directors considered the President's Memorandum and Recommendation
  (IDA/R2012-0293; /2, dated November 30 and December 18, 2012, respectively) and approved the
 additional financing credit to Tanzania and the proposal to restructure the Second Central Corridor
  Transport Project in the amount of SDR 64.9 million (US$100 million equivalent) on the payment terms
 and other terms and conditions set out in the President’s Memorandum, including the waiver under OP
  13.20 applicable to the additional financing.

  3.      It was agreed to hold a meeting of the Executive Directors of the Bank and IDA on Thursday,
 January 17, 2013.

 Adjournment
