Amendment No. I to the Administration Agreement between the Kingdom of Belgium, as represented by
its Directorate General for Development Cooperation and Humanitarian Aid, and the International
Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the International Development Association concerning
the Extractives Global Programmatic Support Multi-Donor Trust Fund (No. TFO72699, parallel to
original Trust Fund No. TFO 72347)
1.    Reference is made to the Administration Agreement between the Kingdom of Belgium, as
represented by its Directorate General for Development Cooperation and Humanitarian Aid (the "Donor")
and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the International Development
Association (collectively, the "Bank" and together with the Donor, the "Parties" and each a "Party"),
regarding the Extractives Global Programmatic Support Multi-Donor Trust Fund No. TF072699 effective
as of September 18, 2017 (the "Administration Agreement").
2.     The Donor and the Bank agree to the following amendment to the Administration Agreement:
(a)    Section 1 shall be deleted and replaced with the following:
"l.    The International Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the International
Development Association (collectively, the "Bank") acknowledge that the Kingdom of
Belgium, as represented by its Directorate General for Development Cooperation and
Humanitarian Aid (the "Donor", and together with the Bank, the "Parties" and each a
"Party") agrees to provide a contribution (the "Contribution") in the following amounts:
(i) three hundred and four thousand two hundred seventy-six and sixteen cents United
States dollars ($304,276.16) ("Portion A of the Contribution"); and (ii) one million seven
hundred thousand Euros (E1,700,000) ("Portion B of the Contribution"), for the Extractives
Global Programmatic Support Multi-Donor Trust Fund (TF072699) (the "Trust Fund") in
accordance with the terms of this Administration Agreement. Other donors are also
expected to contribute to the Trust Fund on the terms and conditions specified in the
Annexes to this Administration Agreement."
(b)    Section 3 shall be deleted and replaced with the following:
"3.    The Donor hereby authorizes the Bank, promptly following countersignature of
this Administration Agreement, to transfer Portion A of the Contribution from the Donor
Balance Account (TF029012) to this Trust Fund (TF072699)."
3.     All other terms of the Administration Agreement shall remain the same.
4.     The Bank shall disclose this Amendment in accordance with the Bank's Policy on Access to
Information. By entering into this Amendment, the Donor consents to such disclosure.

5.     Each of the Donor and the Bank represents, by confirming its agreement below, that it is authorized
to enter into this Amendment and act in accordance with these terms and conditions. The Donor and the
Bank are requested to sign and date this Amendment, and upon possession by the Bank of this fully signed
Amendment, this Amendment shall become effective as of September 18, 2017.
