Re: Croatia: Sustainable Croatian Railways in Europe Project (IBRD Loan 8501-HR)
- Second Amendment to the Loan Agreement
We refer to the Loan Agreement for the Loan Number 8501-HR between the HZ Putnicki Prijevoz
d.o.o. (the "Borrower") and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the "Bank") for the
Sustainable Croatian Railways in Europe Project (the "Project") dated May 6, 2015 (the "Agreement") as
amended. The capitalized terms used in this letter (the "Amendment Letter") and not defined herein have the
meaning ascribed to them in the Agreement.
We also refer to the letter from the Ministry of Finance dated April 14, 2020 requesting a reallocation
of financing across disbursement categories under the Project (Loan No. 8501-HR) to support additional
purchase of rolling stock. In light of this request and upon its due consideration, the Bank hereby concurs with
the change and hereby proposes to amend the table under Section IV.A.2 of Schedule 2 to the Agreement to
read as follows:

become effective upon the date of countersignature and receipt by the Bank of one fully executed version of
this Amendment Letter.
