MPA Table Multiphase Programmatic Approach (MPA) Status MPA Table Body The IMPACT project was approved by the World Bank Board of Directors on February 18, 2020. The FA was signed in September 2020 while the Legal opinion was signed in November 2020. The PIM was approved by the Project National Steering Committee in January 2021 and the project declared effective, February 2021. But although the project is effective, there is a guidance from the FMFBNP to the Bank not to disburse funds until the Bank receives clearance from the Government. The delay in IMPACT disbursement poses a serious risk to the country’s routine and COVID-19 immunization program and also implementation of malaria control activities especially in the six supported states.
