No I. SUMMARY OF PROJECT STATUS AND PROPOSED CHANGES The project has been effective sine June 2015 and activities were launched at the beginning of July 2015. It was restructured to extend the closing date, and an additional financing of US$2m was added. The work plan is being implemented and project implementation remains on track, with both the PDO and IP rated as "satisfactory" Unfortunately, although the original project was appraised for US$14m, the donor funding was not available all at once from the MPF, so a series of project restructurings and grant amendments have been carried out, as new funds become available. The change proposed here is the addition of an extra US$1m, which will bring the allocation for the portion of the grant that is Bank-Executed on behalf of the Recipient part (component 1). from $3.5 million to 4.5 million (plus US$2.0m in additional financing). This is the final restructuring anticipated. II. DETAILED CHANGES
