IFC Road Map FY15-17 - Implementing the World Bank Group Strategy

1.       The Committees met jointly to discuss the paper entitled IFC Road Map FY15-17 - Implementing
the World Bank Group Strategy (IFC/SecM2014-0028), prior to consideration by the Board of Directors
in April 2014. A report from the Committees to the Board will be prepared.

Date of Next Meeting

2.     The Budget Committee was scheduled to meet jointly with the Audit Committee on April 7,
2014. CODE was scheduled to meet informally on April 16, 2014.
