Fiscal Agency Agreement TFOS 6089 - Extension of Closing Date
We refer to the Fiscal Agency Agreement, dated March 8, 2006, (the Fiscal Agency
Agreement) between the International Development Association, acting as Trustee for the Multi
Donor Trust Fund for Aceh and North Sumatra (the Trustee) and the United Nations Development
Programme (the Partner Agency), as amended through November 2, 2011, for the above-referenced
project. Terms used but not defined in this letter of amendment have the meanings given to them in
the Fiscal Agency Agreement.
We refer also to the request of the Partner Agency, dated July 30, 2012, to extend the Closing
Date of the Trust Fund. The Trustee agrees to the request, and accordingly, Section 2.04(c) of the
Fiscal Agency Agreement is amended to extend the Closing Date to November 30, 2012.
Except as specifically amended by the provisions of this letter of amendment, all terms and
conditions of the Fiscal Agency Agreement otherwise remain in full force and effect. The above
amendment shall enter into effect on the date of the Partner Agency's countersignature of this letter.
Please confirm your agreement to the foregoing by signing and dating the enclosed duplicate
of this letter in the space provided and returning it to us.
