         Child Planning Benefit for Executive Directors and their Alternates


RESOLVED:

   THAT, the Child Planning Benefit available to the staff of the Bank to provide assistance
when planning for the addition of children to the staff member’s household shall be
available to the Executive Directors and their Alternates on the same basis as they are
available to the staff.
