Performance Monitoring Indicators
Dear Sirs and Mesdames:
This refers to the provisions of Section 3.10 to the Development Credit 
Agreement (Cultural Heritage Support Project) of even date herewith between Azerbaijan 
Republic (the Borrower) and the International Development Association (the 
Association), for the above referenced Project.  The Borrower hereby confirms to the 
Association that the indicators set forth in the attachment to this letter shall serve 
as a basis to monitor and evaluate the progress of their respective parts of the 
Project and the achievements of the objectives thereof.
