Dear Sirs and Mesdames:
Referring to the provisions of Section 1.01 and Part A.2 of Section 1 of Schedule
3
to the Development Credit Agreement (Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Project) of even date
herewith between Kyrgyz Republic (the Borrower) and International Development Association (the
Association), we agree that, unless otherwise notified by the Association, “Participating Countries� shall
mean all countries members of the Association other than the countries listed in the Attachment hereto,
which shall not be considered as “Participating Countries� for purposes of the Credit.
