Performance Monitoring Indicators
Dear Sir/Mesdames:
We refer to Section II of Schedule 2 to the Financing Agreement (Enhanced Road Access
Project) of even date herewith between Independent State of Samoa and International
Development Association (the Association).
We hereby agree that the Performance Monitoring Indicators to monitor and evaluate the
carrying out of the Project and the achievement of the objectives thereof are those set forth in the
Attachment to this letter.
Please confirm the agreement on behalf of the Association to the application of these
Performance Monitoring Indicators by signing the form of confirmation below.
