We also refer to your letter dated September 23, 2019, requesting some specific modifications to the Agreement. Please note that capitalized terms used in this letter ("Amendment Letter") and not defined herein have the meaning ascribed to them in the Agreement. We are pleased to inform you that the Association concurs with your request and proposes to amend the Agreement as follows: 1. The table under Section IV.A.2 of Schedule 2 to the Agreement is hereby amended as set forth in the Attachment to this Agreement. All the terms and conditions of the Agreement that have not been amended hereby shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
