Nonetheless, other targets have either been over-achieved or on track to being achieved. The PDO of increasing coverage of ECE services is on track, with the number of fully furnished pre-primary classrooms with WASH facilities in target villages reaching the target of 550 classrooms; and construction of 300 new pre-primary classrooms in 265 schools having been completed. All 73 CCDG facilities have also been in use and 98 percent of the playgrounds have been installed. The procurement of the toys has been completed and have been distributed to 270 communities. While training of caregivers has been completed, refresher training will be offered when schools reopen. Progress has also been made on disability screening. The pre-screening of 254 children in the six target villages has been done and a second-tier screening manual has been designed and piloted. The National School Meals Program (NSMP) in 304 schools was taken over by the government from the academic year 2019 onwards, but was not implemented in 2019-2020 due to funds constraints.
