Labor market behavior in Sao Paulo state (English)

An analysis was made of data on industrial workers and their wages found in the Sao Paulo, Brazil 1980 social security files. After controlling for various worker attributes and city characteristics, wages by industrial subsector were found to vary in a very consistent manner.
