The post-construction survey of beneficiaries (users, patients, carers, as well as health staff) has been included in the project implementation plan for the upcoming 2021-2022 winter season. During FY21, the design of the post-construction survey was discussed and finalized, and is now ready for deployment to obtain feedback on the levels of improved comfort by building users. In addition, the PIU staff routinely visits the target facilities, to gather informal feedback from staff and patients. In the context of COVID, however, there has been restricted access to patients and other users. For this reason it has been agreed that the post-construction survey will include additional questions to patients. The regular patient and user (non-staff) feedback and monitoring practice by PIU staff is expected to restart in FY22 when the COVID restrictions are lifted.
