INDONESIA D AILY ECONOMIC UPDATE Wednesday, 08 August 2018 ECONOMIC HIGHLIGHTS  Foreign exchange reserves stood at USD 118.3 billion at the end of July 2018, USD 1.5 billion lower than the June level.  The government is planning to increase the plafond of the Micro Credit Program (KUR) in 2018 from IDR 120.0 trillion to IDR 123.6 trillion, as the demand for the credit is rising.  The government has issued new tax regulations aimed at providing clarity for mining companies shifting their current contracts to special mining permits, in a move that could help cement a USD 3.9 billion deal with Freeport McMoran.
