The turopean Union represented by the European Commission ("Commission"), itself
represented in view of the present contract by Head of Delegation of the European Union to
Bosnia and Herzegovina, Skenderija 3a, 71000 Sarajevo, ("European Union"),
of the one part,
and
The International Bank for Reconstruction and Development ("IBRD"), with its Head office
at 1818 H Street N.W., Washington, D.C., 20433, United States of America, represented by
Ms Anabela Abreu, Country Manager,
of the other part,
have agreed as follows:
The following provisions of the Administration Agreement "Rehabilitation and construction
of the Waste Water Treatment Plan 'Butila' in Sarajevo", concluded between the European
Union and IBRD on December 23, 2011 (the "Agreement"), are hereby modified as follows:
Article 2 - Entry into force and Implementation Period
The sentence:
"It is expected that the Contribution will be fully utilized in accordance with the provisions of
this Administration Agreement by December 30, 2014 ("End Disbursement Date'). The End
Disbursement Date can only be modified with the agreement of both Parties pursuant to
Article 9 of the General Conditions."
shall read as follows:
"It is expected that the Contribution will be fully utilized in accordance with the provisions of
this Administration Agreement by December 31, 2015 ("End Disbursement Date"). The End
Disbursement Date can only be modified with the agreement of both Parties pursuant to
Article 9 of the General Conditions. "
All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain unchanged. This addendum shall enter
into force on the later date of signature by the Parties.
