Dynamic Formula – Options and Use in Shareholding Reviews (COGAM2016-0020)

1.     The Committee discussed the paper “Dynamic Formula – Options and Use in Shareholding
Reviews�. A report from the Committee to the Board will be prepared.

2.     The Committee met in an informal meeting on July 21 on the Dynamic Formula – Draft Report to
Governors at Annual Meetings 2016.
