The DAs for all implementing agencies are functional and US$10.32 million have been disbursed. Regular meetings of the Project Steering and Coordination Committees are being held to provide necessary direction and approvals for speedy progress towards results. The hiring process for Project Management and Implementation Units for all three implementing agencies are almost complete. The technical design elements of the economic inclusion and conditional cash transfer components have also been completed. Key agreements with NADRA, the Bank of Punjab and the Implementation Partner for Economic Inclusion Component have been completed.
