Extension of Closing Date
Dear Excellency,
I refer to the Letter Agreement ("Agreement") between the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago
("Recipient") and the International Bank of Reconstruction and Development ("World Bank"), represented by
the Chief Executive Officer/Chairperson of the Global Environmental Facility dated April 29, 2014 and to the
letter of the Environmental Management Authority dated September 29, 2015 requesting the World Bank to
extend the Closing Date of the above captioned grant provided for under the Agreement.
I am pleased to inform you that the World Bank has established June 30, 2016 as the later date for
purposes of Section 3.03 of the Annex to the Agreement.
