Extension of Closing Date
Dear Sir: 
 
We refer to the DFID Trust Fund Grant Agreement dated May 17, 2007, between the 
Socialist Republic of Vietnam (the “Recipient”) and the International Development Association 
(the “Association”), acting as administrator of grant funds provided by the United Kingdom of 
Great Britain and Northern Ireland for the Third Rural Transport Project (the “Project”), as 
amended.  We also refer to your letter dated June 23, 2010, requesting to extend the closing date 
of the above-mentioned Grant Agreement. 
 
We are pleased to inform you that the Association concurs with your request and 
consequently, has established December 31, 2011, as the later date for the purpose of Section 
2.03 of Article II of the DFID Trust Fund Grant Agreement.
