 2.      The Executive Directors recorded their approvals on December 19, 2012 of the Minutes of the
  joint meeting held on September 27, 2012 (M2012-0073[IDA/M2012-0073, IFC/M2012-0063], and, on
 December 28, 2012, of the Minutes of the joint meeting held on November 15, 2012
  (M2012-0081[IDA/M2012-0081, IFC/M2012-0074, MIGA/M2012-0040]).

  3.      It was agreed to hold a meeting of the Executive Directors of the Bank and IDA on Thursday,
 January 10, 2013.
