Municipal Health Services Strengthening Project

Amendment 2 to the Grant Agreement
Excellency.
We refer to the Financing Agreement (the "Agreement") dated October 23, 2013 between the
Republic of Angola ("the Recipient") and the International Development Association ("the World Bank")
for the above mentioned Project (the "Project.") as amended. We also refer to your letter dated June 13,
2017, requesting the Association to amend certain provisions of the Agreement.
We are pleased to inform you that the Association agrees to your request to amend the Agreement
as follows:
(a) The table in paragraph A.2 of Section IV of Schedule 2 is hereby deleted and replaced by the
following:

All other provisions of the Agreement, except as amended herein, shall remain in full force and
effect.
Please indicate your agreement with the foregoing amendments to the Agreement on behalf of the
Recipient by countersigning and dating the two original copies of this letter and returning one countersigned
original to us. Upon receipt by the Association of this countersigned copy, this amendment shall become
effective as of the date of your countersignature.
