                                            Suspension of Dibursements

                                                     State of Eritrea


       In view of nonpayment of outstanding obligations, the International Development
Association has suspended, effective April 16, 2009, the State of Eritrea's right to make
withdrawals under effective and not fully disbursed IDA credits and grants, PPF advance, and
IDF grants. As of close of business on April 15, 2009, overdue payments totaled approximately
US$1,787,165.94 equivalent.
