II. SUMMARY OF PROJECT STATUS AND PROPOSED CHANGES

 The project has thus far progressed well and was initially meant to close in December 2020. However, given the
 COVID-19 pandemic, several high value contracts could not be completed to December 2020, and the project closing
 date was extended to June 2021. However, the challenges caused by COVID have persisted, and the recent crisis in
 Tigray have further affected the completion of these contracts. The client has requested an extension of closing date
 from June 30, 2021 to December 31, 2021, in order to ensure the few outstanding deliverables for these contracts are
 successfully completed.

 The contracts to be completed are below:

 Consultancy service for Design and Development of Management Information System
 Primary Data Collection and Development of PSNP Beneficiary Household Registry (BHH )(12 Clusters with 7 firms)
 Purchase of 30,000 MT Wheat grains
 Purchase of 80,000 MT wheat grains
 Third-Party Monitoring Spot-Checks of PSNP BHH Primary Data Collections
 PSNP End line survey
 Independent procurement audit EFY 2012
 Primary Data Collection and Development of PSNP BHH (4 Clusters)
